GREETINGS. I AM ALSO CURRENTLY SELLING CUSTOM COLLECTABLE KNIVES, AWESOME CRYSTALS PAINTINGS, & EGYPTIAN PORCELAIN COLLECTOR'E PLATES FROM MY COLLECTION.
I AM AN AVID RECORD COLLECTOR FOR OVER 35-YEARS.
I COLLECT & SELL MOSTLY *SEALED - *NEAR MINT PLUS - *NEAR MINT & - *VG PLUS LP'S.
IF AN LP IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR MY PICKY TASTES,
THEN I WILL NOT SELL IT TO YOU.
(If I have even the slightest doubt as to a record's condition, then I list it as the next lowest grade, for my customer's peace of mind. )
(We have all been "burnt" by well meaning, or 1/2 honest, or stupid, or dishonest, or "Gee I did not see those flaws" lp sellers that have slightly or greatly exaggerated an lp's grade to make it more saleable, or to obtain a higher price. >>> You will not see any of that "baloney", or "oops", with me ! My love of vinyl & those who appreciate it over digital,
will not allow me to burn anyone.
Be assured that what I sell is what you really get.
I do not have the time to "play-grade" or vacuum clean each lp, and will not guarantee how quiet an lp is,
nor if it has any audible noice artifacts,
nor how good the recording actually sounds, since that depends on the mastering lab where the record was made.. MOST LP'S WILL BE VISUALLY GRADED, AND NOT PLAY GRADED. **********(NOTE: A brand new lp can have noise artifacts, as well as a used lp).
(I suggest that any time that you purchase an lp,
that you vacuum clean it on a VPI or NITTY GRITTY machine, and you may find that the lp goes up one grade.)
Some of these lp's I have had for 30yrs. and may have played them once, or not at all.
Other's I have traded or purchased to fill-out my collection, or have purchased as an investment to re-sell at a later time. When I have the time, I photograph the actual album cover you are receiving. When I have little time, I use stock photo's of the lp cover.

MY RECORD GRADING:
(1) (SS)=(SEALED) = Just what it says.
(2) (MINT) = Just opened to look at, or the very-very rare real mint lp. (If mint is even possible.) Mint means 98% to 100% visually perfect. ( NOTE: Near mint plus is reserved for lp's that look mint, but to be conservative, I list as NM+ )
(3) (NM)=(NEAR MINT) = May have dust from storage,fingerprints,VERY minor scratch,or very minor spindle marks or smudges on the label.
(4) (NM-)=(NEAR MINT MINUS)= May have very slight sleeve scuffs, dust from storage, fingerprints,minor spindle marks on the label, and one to two scratches that may be audible.
(5) (VG++) = (VERY GOOD PLUS-PLUS) This grade is usually (NM-), but due to my picky grading, it may have too much dust, or maybe some-hairline or larger scratches that might be audible, and would probably not affect the overall playback quality of the entire lp.
(6) (VG+) = (VERY GOOD PLUS) - - LP has been handled and played infrequently or very carefully, and may have sleeve scuffs, or spindle marks, or a scratch that will be audible, but not too annoying. This grade is basically a VG++ (Other's may grade it NM-), but I grade it only VG+ to be ultra-conservative.
(7) (VG) = (VERY GOOD) >>>> As far as I am concerned, VG is below my standards, and does not belong on a turntable. - - I WILL ONLY SELL A VG RECORD IF IT IS RARE OR VALUABLE, AND ONE SIDE IS VG++ TO MINT, AND THE OTHER SIDE HAS A SCRATCH OR SCRATCHES THAT WILL BE VERY NOTICABLE DURING PLAYBACK. A VG GRADED LP WILL BE LISTED AT A LOW STARTING PRICE TO ALLOW A VERY-BUDGET-MINDED BUYER TO ENJOY REALLY GREAT MUSIC AT A LOW COST, BUT ONE SIDE OF THE LP MAY NOT BE ENJOYABLE COMPLETELY.

LP COVERS will be graded accordingly & conservatively.
Any cover issues will be stated in my ad's.

I always pack my lp's in mailers designed for safely shipping lp's,
with two cardboard inserts also, to prevent torque & bending.
My lp's always arrive safe,
and I have never had a complaint about packing.
